At the Cape Town and Johannesburg breakfast meetings, the enthusiasm was overwhelming, and it was clear that the female leaders in attendance were eager to take a stand and make a difference. We are glad that CASA, a South African association who seeks to address current and future changes to ensure the health of the country’s industry, has created an inclusive board of women, who would like to provide more to the women.
